When its a trip to El Pato you best believe its at the Edinburg location, the Manager Billie is the BEST, you see him as a cashier, taking out orders and even cooking in the kitchen, always with a great attitude greets everyone, goes by everyones table , refills your drink brings you salsa or anything u need , the food is always delicious, I especially love that they have breakfast at any time of the day, today we ordered Migas a la Mexican with cheese while my husband ordered Migas Rancheras with the sauce on the side, egg whites only and an extra egg all at noon and even though it was during the lunch rush my food was made just right!
If your ever in the area you definitely should stop by and grab some tacos. The staff was very helpful and quick. We went in with 15 family members and only waited a short time for our food. The tables were clean, plenty of drinks... restroom was a little dirty but not as bad as some in the area. I will definitely eat here again, and recommend to everyone I know!
Overall service was awesome. Food was fresh and omg I love the carne guisada here. Manager even repeated my order after I mistakenly said the wrong thing and was corrected. Thanks Mr. B..it's good to know he knows his customers and their usual orders and if it's something out of the ordinary he questions it to make sure it's the right order.
As soon as you get there, the morning manager has a great attitude. You can tell he knows his customers, he greeted everyone like if he knows you. Even though he was training he looked genuine..great job Sir ...
Today I had the Monday special. Two chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice and beans for 5.99. And of course, a beef and cheese pato. My ordering process and the time I got my meal was timely.. The manager was so helpful. I still love coming here to eat.

Ja, i found a faster and less expensive way to get my more great tasting morning tacos. I just call in my order before I leave my house and by the time i get there my better tasting tacos are home made and ready for pick up. Sweeet! ...
